Villa Barić nalazi se u prekrasnoj uvali Žrnovska Banja, udaljenoj 3,5 km od grada Korčule i 5 m od mora. To je predio otoka netaknute prirode, kristalno čistog mora i borovih šuma. Kuća raspolaže sa 3 apartmana, osiguranim parkingom, vezom za čamce te seoskim domaćinstvom u kojem vam domaćini nude domaće riblje i mesne specijalitete, povrće iz eko proizvodnje te domaće crno i bijelo vino. U neposrednoj blizini kuće nalazi se pješčana plaža i trgovina. U našim apartmanima nudimo vam slijedeće:
 
Apartman Marija ( 35 m² ) je jednosoban sa bračnim krevetom i pomoćnim ležajem. Ima kuhinju, tuš/wc , terasu s pogledom na more ( 10 m²).
Apartman More (25 m²) je jednosoban sa bračnim krevetom, kuhinjom, tuš/wc i terasom koja ima pogled na more ( 12 m² ).
Apartman Eksklusive (40 m²) 1+1-soban sa bračnim krevetom + 3 pomoćna kreveta, SAT TV, klima,  kuhinjom, tuš/wc, terasom  pogledom na more (20 m²),
Osim smještaja nudimo doručak, pansion ili polupansion. Gostima bez vlastitog prijevoza osiguravamo prijevoz do Korčule pri dolasku i odlasku. Za ovu sezonu smo pripremili mali RENT a BOAT.
Da je ova lokacija na otoku izuzetna svjedoče ostaci rimskih kupališta, Ville rustice, velike cisterne za vodu i objekata za preradu maslina, koji se nalaze u neposrednoj blizini naše kuće.

Villa Barić is situated in the beautiful bay of Žrnovska Banja, 3. 5 km from the town of Korčula and 5 m from the sea. This part of the island is characterized by unspoiled nature, crystal clear sea and pine woods.
In our restaurant, which is the part of the house, we offer you homemade fish and meat dishes, vegetables grown in our own garden in ecological conditions, as well as homemade red and white vine.
There is a shop and a sandy beach very close to the house.
Parking space available.
We can also offer you a small berth for your boat. Should you wish, you can also rent a boat from us.
In our apartments we offer you the following: 

Apartment Marija (35 m²) consists of one room with a double bed and an additional bed. There is also a kitchen, shower/WC and a terrace with sea view (10 m²).

Apartment  More (25 m²) consists of one room with a double bed, kitchen, shower/WC and a terrace with sea view (12 m²).
Apartment Exclusive (40 m²) consists of one room with a double bed and one additional bed, satellite TV, air conditioning, shower/WC and a terrace with a sea view. There is also an adjacent room with a bunk bed and its own WC.
We can also offer you meals from our restaurant (breakfast, full board, and half-board)). If you decide to come without a car, we can offer you transport from and to Korčula upon your arrival or departure.

In the vicinity of the house there are the remains of the Roman bath and Villa rustica as well as a large water tank and olive presses - all of this testifying to the fact that this location is indeed extraordinary.

Villa „Barić“ befindet sich in der wunderschönen Bucht Žrnovska Banja, 3,5 km von der Stadt Korčula entfernt, sowie 5 m vom Meer. Das ist eine unberührte Naturgegend, umgeben von kristallklarem Meer und Kiefernwäldern. Den Gästen stehen zur Verfügung drei Apartments, der Parkplatz, Ankerplatz, auch ein Agroangebot wo man Fisch – und Fleischspezialitäten, Eko-Gemüse und hausgemachten Weis- und Rotwein genießen kann.
In der Nähe des Hauses befindet sich der Standstrand und das Geshäft.  In unseren Apartments bieten wir Ihnen wie folgt:
 
Apartment „Marija“ (35 m²)  mit dem Zweibettzimmer + Zusatzbett. Es verfügt über eine Küche, Dusche, Toilette und eine Terrasse mit Meeresblick (10 m²).
 
Apartment „More“ (25 m²) mit dem Zweibettzimmer, der Küche, der Dusche, der Toilette und der Terrasse mit Meeresblick (12 m²).
 
Apartment „Exklusive“ (40 m²) mit zwei Zweibettzimer + drei Zusatzbetten, SAT-TV, einer Klimaanlage, Küche, Bad mit Dusche und Toilette und mit der Terrasse zum Meer (20 m²).
 
Mit der Unterkunft bieten wir Ihnen das Frühstück, das Vollboard und Halbboard an. Falls Sie keinen Wagen haben, bieten wir Ihnen die Fahrt nach Korčula und zurück. Während dieser Saison haben wir auch ein kleines RENT-a-BOAT vorbereitet.
Dass diese Lokation auf der insel wirklich selten ist, zeugen die Reste von Römischen Thermen, der Villa Rustica, großen Wasserspeichern, auch eine Olivenpresse – alles nahe unseres Hauses.

ILa Villa Barić si trova nella bellisima baia di Žrnovska Banja che dista 3,5 km dalla citá di Korčula e 5 m dal mare. La natura qui é incontaminata, il mare di un azzurro cristallino e abbondano boschi di pini.

La casa dispone di 3 appartamenti, del parcheggio, del attracco per barche e di un agroturismo nel quale potete gustare le specialitá genuine di pesce e carne, la verdura prodotta ecologicamente ed infine vini dell’ isola. Nelle vicinanze della casa si trova una spiaggia di giaia ed un negozio. Nei nostri appartamenti Vi offriamo:

L’ Appartamento Maria (35 m²) é un monolocale che dispone di: letto matrimoniale, letto ausiliare, cucina, doccia/wc e terazzo con vista mare (10 m²).
L’ Appartamento Mare (25 m²) é un monolocale e dispone di: letto matrimoniale, cucina, doccia/wc e terazzo con vista mare (12 m²).

L’ Appartamento Exclusive (40 m²) 1+1 locale con: letto matrimoniale + 3 letti ausiliari, TV satelitare, aria condizionata, cucina, doccia/wc, terazzo con vista mare ( 20 m² ).
Oltre al soggiorno offriamo la colazione, piena o mezza pensione. Agli ospiti senza un proprio mezzo di trasporto assicuriamo il trasporto fino a Korčula all’ arivo come alla partenza. Da questa stagione offriamo anche la possibilitá di un piccolo RENT a BOAT.

Questa é una localita unica sull’ isola, ne sono testimoni i resti di bagni romani, della villa rustica, delle grande cisterna per l’acqua e dell’ edificio per la lavorazione delle olive, che sitrovano nelle viemanze della nostra casa.
